The Research, Training, and Consultancy (RTC) unit at the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Tribhuvan University, plays a role in bridging academic expertise with practical, field-oriented requirements. The unit’s primary objectives center around conducting and facilitating research, providing technical training, and offering consultancy services at both national and international levels.
